5:30 pm to 6:45 pm | Power Flow with Nicole

Power Yoga is a vigorous fitness-based vinyasa practice, with benefits and qualities including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. I design my own sequence;  every class is different.  The class is taught to music and in a heated room (room temps are around 85 degrees).   Students synchronize their breath with their movement throughout the class,  adding the mind-body component which makes yoga, yoga.

7:00 pm to 8:00 pm | Hatha/Slow Flow with Shelley

A gentle class focused on breath and movement for stretching and flexibility in a non-heated room.  A great class for anyone new to yoga or for those looking for some relaxation and stress-relief.  Props are used to modify traditional poses making it a great class for every body.

9:15 am to 10:30 am | Slow Flow I/II with Becky

A great class for beginners as well as more seasoned yogis.  A slow Vinyasa flow class in a non-heated room incorporating breath, movement, and props to modify traditional poses for every body and experience level.

5:30 pm to 6:30 pm | Hatha/Slow Flow I with Bobbi

A gentle class focused on breath and movement for stretching and flexibility in a non-heated room.  A great class for anyone new to yoga or for those looking for some relaxation and stress-relief.  Props are used to modify traditional poses making it a great class for every body.

7:00 pm to 8:00 pm | Heated All-Levels Vinyasa Flow with Kylee

Strong, faster-paced class designed to build heat and strength. This practice is a total body workout that creates longer, leaner muscles and a body with more mobility, in a room heated to between 85-90 degrees.

6:00 am to 7:00 am | Yin/Restorative with Bobbi (Discontinued for the winter – will return in the Spring)

Join Bobbi for an early morning (6 am) Yin/Restorative class.  Part of our regular schedule for the summer, this one hour class on Wednesdays will get you stretched out and centered, and ready to tackle the day ahead.   Great for all levels, this class has a gentle pace, and focuses on deep stretching and relaxation poses with props in a non-heated room.  Most of this practice is done either seated or lying down while holding poses for longer periods of time.  It is the perfect class to compliment your regular vinyasa practice by helping you to stay flexible and reducing stress.

9:15 am to 10:15 am | Chair Yoga with Raman

Chair yoga is a form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.  Chair yoga is a great practice for everyone, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness.  It is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available.  Chair yoga is also perfect for pregnant women, anyone who works a desk job, and senior citizens, as well as individuals struggling with any mobility issues.

7:00 pm to 8:00 pm | Yoga Fusion with Bobbi & Kylee

A mix of hatha, slow flow, chair, yin, and restorative yogas.  In this class we mix elements from these 5 types of yoga to provide you with a class that is relaxing, yet provides your body with the stretching and movement it craves.  Perfect for beginners, this gentle, slower-paced class also provides a nice challenge for seasoned yogis looking to deepen their practice as well.

Fast paced vinyasa flow class where movement is with your breath. Class has eclectic music and each playlist is theme driven. Class sequence is designed to build internal fire by getting you in your body and out of your head. Burn away the excess stress of your day with this class.  This class is in a room heated to about 85 degrees.

7:00 pm to 8:00 pm | Sweet & Salty Vinyasa Flow with Joni

A vinyasa flow class that is geared towards the beginner to the advanced yogi. This slow paced class is a moving meditation in which the mind and body connect through synchronizing the breath with movement. It will allow you to marinate or reflect in each pose by knowing when to modify or intensify each pose by listening to your own body. You will deepen your practice by discovering your personal limitations and how to move past those limitations. You will be challenged but will leave feeling inspired.

6:00 am to 7:00 am | Good Morning Yoga with Becky

This all levels, heated class will get your day moving in the right direction. You’ll have opportunities to find effort and ease through stillness, stretching and strength building. It may be hard to get in to the studio this early but once you do you’ll feel accomplished and ready to tackle the day!

7:15 am to 7:45 am | Morning Stretch & Meditation with Bobbi

Morning Stretch and Meditation is designed to wake up your body, get you stretched out for the day, and help you become more centered and focused.  Join Bobbi for 15 minutes of gentle stretching followed by about 15 minutes of guided meditation practice.  No previous meditation experience is needed.  This series is will be considered part of our weekly schedule for our unlimited monthly or summer memberships, but can also be purchased independently (as a series or individual sessions) for those on punchcards or are drop-ins.

Second Friday of the Month

All Levels, a fun and energetic dance yoga class. Pre-register online (minimum number of registrants required).

8:00 am to 9:00 am | Weekend Mix Up (Teacher’s Rotate)

All levels, Power Flow Class. Teachers rotate so every week is a unique class taught in a room heated to between 85-90 degrees.  It’s a great way to kick-start your weekend!

5:00 pm to 6:30 pm | Slow Flow I with Yoga Nidra with Bobbi

All levels are welcome. This class is all about stretching and relaxation and is taught in a non-heated room. The last 40-minutes of class is a Yoga Nidra practice (Yoga Nidra is technique of relaxing the mind, body and spirit – a total systematic conscious relaxation technique through a guided meditation).  Come join in this beautiful, relaxing yoga practice.
