Or maybe you’ve tried meditation before on your own and weren’t sure if it “worked”?
In this workshop, we will explore what meditation is, the many benefits of meditation, the various types of meditation, and most importantly spend some time practicing several meditation techniques. The goal of this workshop is to remove the mystery of meditation and help make it accessible to everyone.
Workshop will be from 1PM to 2:30PM on the following dates:

The cost for the workshop is $18 per person and pre-registration is strongly encouraged to secure your spot for the workshop.
