Curious about meditation but don’t know where to start? Overwhelmed by all the meditation apps and YouTube videos out there? Or maybe you’ve tried meditation before on your own and weren’t sure if it “worked”? Then join us on April 22nd from 1-3 pm for an Introduction to Meditation. We will explore what meditation is, the many benefits of meditation, the various types of meditation, and most importantly spend some time practicing several meditation techniques. The goal of this workshop is to remove the mystery of meditation and help make it accessible to everyone.
