Yoga for Athletes is catching on! Gone are the days when athletes would only rely on working out in the gym to achieve optimal fitness. Yoga offers the opportunity for athletes to gain muscle strength and improve flexibility. Yoga will increase overall endurance to keep your players playing longer and not quit when fatigue sets in. The athlete will have better performance on the field and a reduction in injuries.
I will travel to the school or the team can come to the studio. If multiple teams at the school are interested, they can form one large group. Cost is $60-$100 depending on size of team and distance traveled.
