April 21 | Beginner’s Yoga Workshop

Beginner’s Yoga Workshop – April 21st from 1-3 pm, $25 per person
Are you interested in yoga but concerned you aren’t fit enough?  Strong enough?  Flexible enough? Worried about not knowing the “yoga lingo” or what yoga props are used for?  Then come join us on April 21st from 1-3 pm to learn about what yoga is and is not and to practice some beginner level yoga in a safe space.

  1. Hi. Is the beginners workshop April 12th or 21st? Thanks. I am very active in strength training, running and tennis. But I also am not very flexible, having tight short muscles. Is beginners workshop for me or would you recommend another class.

    1. Hi Lori. The workshop is on the 21st of April. It is a workshop designed to introduce people to yoga and while we do spend some of the time doing poses, it is not a regular yoga class. If you are looking for a full class, given what you are sharing in terms of your current activities and your need to work on flexibility, I would recommend our Yin class or any of the Slow Flow classes where the focus is more so on the flexibility side of yoga.
