Winter Schedule – Beginning January 2, 2018

5:30 pm to 6:30 pm | Power Flow with Nicole

Power Yoga is a vigorous fitness-based vinyasa practice, with benefits and qualities including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. I design my own sequence;  every class is different.  The class is taught to music and in a heated room (room temps are around 85 degrees).   Students synchronize their breath with their movement throughout the class,  adding the mind-body component which makes yoga, yoga.

7:00 pm to 8:15 pm | Ashtanga Led Primary Series with Megan

This strong class will teach the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga, a set sequence of postures design to bring strength, flexibility, and endurance to the body. It is designed to purify the body through breath and movement to bring stillness to the mind. All levels are welcome, but we move at a moderate pace.

9:15 am to 10:30 am | Slow Flow I/II with Becky

A great class for beginners as well as more seasoned yogis.  A slow Vinyasa flow class in a non-heated room incorporating breath, movement, and props to modify traditional poses for every body and experience level.

5:30 pm to 6:30 pm | Hatha/Slow Flow I with Bobbi

A gentle class focused on breath and movement for stretching and flexibility in a non-heated room.  A great class for anyone new to yoga or for those looking for some relaxation and stress-relief.  Props are used to modify traditional poses making it a great class for every body.

7:00 pm to 8:00 pm | Soul Flow (Vinyasa-style Power Flow set to some fun, soulful music) with Monea

Strong, fast-paced class designed to build heat and strength. This practice is a total body workout that creates longer, leaner muscles and a body with more mobility, in a room heated to between 85-90 degrees.

9:15 am to 10:15 am | Chair Yoga with Raman

Chair yoga is a form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.  Chair yoga is a great practice for everyone, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness.  It is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available.  Chair yoga is also perfect for pregnant women, anyone who works a desk job, and senior citizens, as well as individuals struggling with any mobility issues.

5:15 pm to 6:15 pm | Ashtanga Foundations with Megan

Ashtanga Foundations is a foundations-type approach to the first half of the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga, a system of yoga established by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois designed to purify the body through breath and movement to bring stillness to the mind. We will move at a slower pace than the traditional Led Primary Series class, and we will break down certain postures as needed to get everyone comfortable with not only the postures, but the basic foundations of the practice (breath, bandhas and drishti). All levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.

6:30 pm to 7:45 pm | Power Flow with Joni

Fast paced vinyasa flow class where movement is with your breath. Class has eclectic music and each playlist is theme driven. Class sequence is designed to build internal fire by getting you in your body and out of your head. Burn away the excess stress of your day with this class.  This class is in a room heated to about 85 degrees.

9:15 am to 10:30 am | Slow Flow I/II with Gabi

A great class for beginners as well as more seasoned yogis.  A slow Vinyasa flow class in a non-heated room incorporating breath, movement, and props to modify traditional poses for every body and experience level.

7:00 pm to 8:00 pm | Vinyasa Flow with Bri

This non-heated slow vinyasa flow class is perfect for beginners as well as seasoned yogis looking to work on some of the fundamentals of their practice.  In this class we break the practice down into its most fundamental components.  So whether this is your first class or you are seasoned veteran looking to go deeper into your practice, this class is the perfect way to dig into the basics of vinyasa flow.

6:00 am to 7:00 am |Morning Power Flow with Becky

This class is an all levels, mind-body experience in our heated studio. It is a vinyasa based practice incorporating asanas (yoga poses), breathing, and mindfulness to sculpt a leaner, stronger body with greater mobility while releasing stress to bring a calm and alert focus to your day ahead.

Second Friday of the Month

All Levels, a fun and energetic dance yoga class. Pre-register online (minimum number of registrants required).

8:00 am to 9:00 am | Weekend Mix Up (Teacher’s Rotate)

All levels, Power Flow Class. Teachers rotate so every week is a unique class taught in a room heated to between 85-90 degrees.  It’s a great way to kick-start your weekend!

9:30 am to 10:45 am | Slow Flow I/II with David

A great class for beginners as well as more seasoned yogis.  A slow Vinyasa flow class in a non-heated room incorporating breath, movement, and props to modify traditional poses for every body and experience level.

9:30 am to 10:45 am | Yin/Restorative Yoga with Bobbi

Great for all levels.  This class has a gentle pace, and focuses on deep stretching and relaxation poses with props in a non-heated room.  Most poses are done either seated or lying down.

11:30 am to 12:30 pm | Power Flow with Ashley

All levels welcome in this heated Vinyasa Flow class.  This practice is a total body workout that creates longer, leaner muscles and a body with more mobility, in a room heated to between 85-90 degrees.

5:00 pm to 6:30 pm | Slow Flow I with Yoga Nidra with Bobbi

All levels are welcome. This class is all about stretching and relaxation and is taught in a non-heated room. The last 40-minutes of class is a Yoga Nidra practice (Yoga Nidra is technique of relaxing the mind, body and spirit – a total systematic conscious relaxation technique through a guided meditation).  Come join in this beautiful, relaxing yoga practice.
