Yoga Nidra Night will be held on the first Friday of each month from 6PM to 7:30PM. Pre-registration is required.
Enter a space of profound peace and renewal to release the tensions of the week and re-energize your mind, body, and soul. All that is required is to lie (or sit) down and listen. In this place of deep rest, true change begins.
Yoga Nidra is for those of you who:
– Feel tired, run down or stressed
– Living with chronic pain, illness, depression or anxiety
– Want to release habits and thought patterns that no longer serve you
– Are in need of self care
