Join us virtually (Zoom) for a grounding yoga practice with tips for staying grounded in your every day life.
When: April 10th from 1pm to 2pm
Cost: Free for monthly unlimited members; One class pass for class pass members; Single class pass ($15) for non-members
1. A special yoga practice (focused on grounding poses) that finishes with a grounding meditation during savasana
2. Throughout the practice we will also share tips for staying grounded throughout the day despite the hectic nature of our lives
What do you need: yoga mat, blocks and a bolster; a blanket is optional.
This will be a beautiful, relaxing, and grounding hatha practice which will finish with a guided meditation to help you stay grounded.
