  • Introduction to Meditation workshops (as scheduled, usually once every month)
  • Friday Night Unwind class (every first Friday)
  • Relaxation class in conjunction with the York location of Be Balanced Hormone Weight Loss Centers (a free class held every third Thursday at 6 pm at the York Be Balanced location)
  • Or you can request a private class with Bobbi to work specifically on the aspects of meditation you are struggling with
