9:30 – 10:30 am Gentle Flow Yoga w/Raman

The name of this class says it all.  Join us for a gentle yoga flow designed to help you destress, work on flexibility and balance, as well as declutter your mind.  This class is perfect for people of all yoga experience levels.

5:45 – 6:45 pm Slow Flow w/Melissa

Come breathe, laugh and flow. Experience a grounding practice. Draw into the present. Feel. Connect. Become a peaceful warrior by finding your inner strength. This class is suitable for all levels and incorporates breath work, meditation, chanting, chakras, yogic philosophy and many styles of yoga. Namaste!

7:00 – 8:00 pm Yin Yoga w/Melissa

Great for all levels.  This class has a gentle pace, and focuses on deep stretching and relaxation poses with props in a non-heated room.  Most poses are done either seated or lying down.  It is the perfect class to compliment your regular vinyasa practice by helping you to stay flexible and reducing stress.

An all levels gentle vinyasa flow (slow flow) class that will get your day moving in the right direction.

Hatha yoga is a gentle and slow paced class that does not require any prior experience. Each posture is beginner friendly and done with the intention of restoring your body to a relaxed state of mind that can be carried throughout your day. Props such as blocks and straps are provided to ensure ease of practice and allows you to explore each pose safely and effectively.

Hatha yoga is a gentle and slow paced class that does not require any prior experience. Each posture is beginner friendly and done with the intention of restoring your body to a relaxed state of mind that can be carried throughout your day. Props such as blocks and straps are provided to ensure ease of practice and allows you to explore each pose safely and effectively.

9:30 – 10:30 am Yoga for Beginners w/ Sarah (every 3rd Sunday)

Interested in yoga and have made the assumption that yoga is for certain body types? Well, assume no more because yoga is for everyBODY! This class is designed for those who are new to yoga and want to learn about postures, posture variations, and use of props so that everyBODY can become stronger through mindful movement and the use of breath.
