In-Person classes will resume on July 1st. We will continue online offerings as well, especially given the limited class sizes given COVID restrictions. The schedule will be listed below as it becomes available.

Please read the Student Expectations sheet prior to coming to an in-person class after July 1st so you are properly prepared for the requirements of having yoga classes while in the Green Phase. You can access the Student Expectations here.

Please click the register button below for information on the various class opportunities available and to sign up. Please be careful when signing up – there are separate options in MindBody for the In-person and Virtual versions of classes…make sure you sign up for the correct one. And please be sure to sign up for the In Person classes at least 30 minutes prior to their start time so the instructors can plan appropriately.
